The successful applicant will have experience in the Rail Rolling Stock field either from a build, maintenance or modification background. Ideally they will be CEng status with either the IMechE or IET or have significant industry experience and a proven track record to underpin their competence.
We are looking for a team leader to join our current and growing team of technical authors who underpin the engineering change packs we currently deliver as well as the technical documentation that we deliver as part of stand-alone project tasks. The team leader will be responsible for the day to day management of the current team as well supporting the Directors in the growth and development of this work stream. The team leader will report to the Directors and will also take technical responsibility for the output from the team and will be required to ensure that the deliverables meet the technical needs of the client and comply with all agreed standards and/or specifications.
The role is immediately available and dg8 would welcome applications from suitably qualified individuals who are looking for a new challenge and who want to be part of a vibrant developing business that is now part of a wider international business.
The remuneration package will be tailored to suit specific applicants experience and personal requirements but will be competitive with similar roles elsewhere in the industry but also reflective of the wider group’s conditions.
